Important To have access the EIC Community you must have an EU Login account. |
If you had a 2FA set up in the past and it is no longer accepted on log in, it could be you have changed phones or phone numbers.
In which case you must go into your EU Login account and delete your device then proceed to add it and then choose a 2FA.
First log into EU Login, then click on settings by your name then my account.

Then click on Delete all my devices

Then you can add your new device and choose a 2FA.

After choosing your 2FA you can proceed to the Community platform.
