EIC GHG Programme Launching Event: Meet our speakers
‘Climate action is a business case’: a growing number of leading companies are taking steps to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, producing innovative low-carbon technologies, and greening their supply chains. Putting climate change as a business strategy can create new opportunities such as improved energy efficiency, comply with (future) regulations on sustainability or have better access to public and private investments & procurements. With this motto in mind, the European Innovation Council (EIC) wants to support its community of innovators in their green journey, while creating new business opportunities. On 21 April 2021, the EIC GHG Programme will be officially launched with an event that will discuss the benefits of GHG reduction and outline the services of the programme.
