Are you looking for expert support to take your solution to the next level? Do you struggle to connect with top-level investors? The EIC Business Acceleration Services include a programme to address both challenges. With the Ecosystem Partnerships, the EIC has gathered a network of organisations providing their services through the EIC Service Catalogue. On the Co-investment front, the EIC is facilitating interactions with investors through promotion, networking and pitching events.

The EIC Ecosystem Partnerships and Co-Investment Support Programme helps EIC innovators with two of their key needs: finding specialised services and attracting private capital. In this article, we’ll take you through the support that the EIC is providing on these two fronts, and help you discover how EIC beneficiaries can start benefiting from it.

Find specialised services and key opportunities with the EIC Partners

Through the EIC Ecosystem Partnerships and Co-Investment Support Programme, the EIC is partnering up with key ecosystem organisations that can provide a wide range of services to EIC beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders.

The services provided by the EIC Partners include both paid and free-of-charge offers. They are available across a variety of sectors and under 10+ service categories including, but not limited to:

  • Acceleration, incubation and venture building
  • Support fundraising
  • Internationalisation

These services are available through the EIC Service Catalogue. The platform also hosts more niche service offers, including intellectual property and legal support, human resources acquisition, prototyping and access to specific infrastructure. EIC beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders can also filter by project stage, sector and technology readiness level (TRL), in order to discover the service that fits their unique needs.

The EIC organizes regular Ask me Anything online sessions with the organisations featured in the EIC Service Catalogue, providing insight into their services as well as on specific sectors and topics of their expertise.

In addition, the EIC is always on the lookout for win-win opportunities for joint activities with EIC Partners, and gathers them to network and share their insights during a yearly in-person event.

Get expert support, join exclusive pitching events and access high-level investors

In addition to providing equity support, the EIC Fund also assists its beneficiaries in attracting private investors. A key component of the Ecosystem Partnerships and Co-Investment Support programme focuses on this objective.

To prepare for investor engagement, selected companies receive specialized support from experts in their fields. These investor readiness activities include:

  • Pitch deck reviews
  • Benchmarking reports
  • Complimentary access to top VC resources
  • Competitor valuation analysis

EIC Fund companies can participate in regular ePitching sessions and in-person Investor Days organized as part of the programme. These events offer opportunities to connect with leading European investors in their specific sectors, facilitating one-on-one meetings.

Additionally, EIC Fund companies are showcased to investors through a dedicated matchmaking platform, regular deal-sharing activities, and a monthly newsletter.
