ART-ER, which is an in-house entity of the Emilia-Romagna Region and other public stakeholders, has issued a pre-procurement process to identify and support innovative solutions addressing territorial ecological transition challenges.

The Challenge

As part of the Public Engagement program of the Ecosister Project, the challenge Photovoltaic energy (Conflitto tra lo sviluppo di fonti di energia fotovoltaica e la preservazione di suolo agricolo e della relativa produttività per scopi alimentari) owned by the Province of Ferrara, aims to ensure efficient and sustainable energy and land planning, while fostering the optimal deployment of photovoltaic systems across the region. The challenge focuses on safeguarding the territory’s natural resources and biodiversity, with a focus on the utilization of innovative data collection tools supporting effective land use management.

  • Deadline for Submitting Offers: 4 April 2025, 13:00 CET 

Who can apply

The tender is open to research centres and universities, start-ups and SMEs, innovation centres, among others, as specified in the procedure's descriptive document.
