About
ARTE G.E.I.E. (Strasbourg), in consortium with ARTE France (Issy-les-Moulineaux), is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to proactively anticipate digital evolutions. They aim to explore, test, and adapt AI/data innovations — from analytics platforms and machine learning pipelines to infrastructure upgrades or bespoke software solutions. The Procedure has 19 lot, and estimated total value of €6.5 million.
The Challenge
The challenge focuses on enabling ARTE, to keep up with the rapid digitization of media production, distribution, and content management. ARTE, a public broadcaster, aims to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to optimize data handling, automate workflows, enhance user experiences, and develop innovative content formats. Additionally, it seeks to build and maintain a high-performance IT infrastructure capable of managing complex data workflows on a scale. To remain agile and responsive to fast-evolving technological advances, ARTE is establishing a procurement framework that facilitates easy access to emerging technologies and specialized services as they become available on the market. Ultimately, the goal is to equip ARTE with future-ready digital capabilities to serve audiences better and maintain a leading role in European cultural broadcasting.
