SPIN4EIC: Strategic Innovation Procurement, an initiative powered by the EIC Innovation Procurement Programme, offers hands-on assistance to EIC awardees to take part as bidders in public and private sector innovation procurement processes, including procurement of research and development (R&D) services, within and outside the European Union (EU). In this context, we are inviting EIC awardees to apply to the EIC Innovation Procurement Academy powered by SPIN4EIC, taking place fully online between 17 and 20 November 2025. The Academy will introduce the most crucial aspects of (public and private sector) innovation procurement within the EU and at international level.
This is a free service available to EIC awardees only.
What’s in it for you?

This is a unique chance for you to learn from experienced procurement trainers and peer EIC awardees. Ultimately, this training aims to empower you to open up new business opportunities and effectively market your innovative solutions.
The courses are organised to offer EIC awardees trainings and inspiring learning sessions to develop their skills and capabilities to participate in procurement opportunities, thereby helping them to boost their sales and scale their businesses.

What can you expect during the Academy?
The Academy consists of four online sessions of a duration of three to four hours each, held on a different day of the Academy week (17 to 20 November 2025). The Academy will touch upon EU and non-EU private and public innovation procurement.
All sessions will be held online and an invitation will be sent out to all participants upon confirmation of their participation.
At the end of the training, you will receive an Academy Certification, handed out by the EIC in its quality of Centre of Excellence on Innovation Procurement!
