For this pitching opportunity a maximum of 5 EIC Beneficiaries will be selected to participate in the pitching session. The City is seeking advanced high-temperature heat pump technologies that fulfill the following combined requirements:

• Temperature and Capacity: Systems capable of delivering output temperatures of 130°C or higher while providing an industrial-scale capacity of at least 5 MW. These solutions could also have the potential for integration with steam production capabilities
• Air-Water Heat Pumps: Complementary innovations in air-water heat pump technology are also of interest for enhancing flexibility and efficiency in energy systems.

To realize these objectives, the city has earmarked an approximate budget of €20 million over the coming years.
