Vital signs of the planet show us that global warming and climate change are a reality. The main cause is greenhouse gas emissions, and more specifically the CO2 ones. Part of the European Innovation Council (EIC), the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) initiative is developing ways of reducing carbon emissions and other sustainable practices to help stop the devastation of the Earth. Knowing this needs to be achieved, the GHG programme is offering you a dedicated carbon footprint tool to help you track your company CO2 emissions, plus a free 1h session of online support.

Registrations are open until 31 October 2021 (first come, first served).

If you’re feeling the calling, be one of the first 25 companies to sign up and click here!

The EIC GHG programme, among other benefits, offers its EIC beneficiaries the opportunity to access a tool that is the starting point for considering and developing better and more efficient solutions to track and reduce GHG emissions. Are you asking yourself how is this beneficial for your company? We’ll help you. Reducing your CO2 emissions is a great way to have better access to green investments and procurement. But that’s not all. It also improves your energy and resource efficiency, not to mention ensuring your business resilience through carbon risk management is upscaled. Moreover, by reducing your CO2 emissions you can anticipate future regulations regarding sustainability and stay ahead of that green curve.

With all these factors being addressed, you can be sure that going green will strengthen your public reputation in the end - and that is a great thing, be it for potential investors, employees or customers.

Who can apply?

All EIC beneficiaries (Accelerator, Transition, Pathfinder) - current or from the last five years: startups, scale-ups or SMEs.

How to apply?
