Innovation took centre stage at Vaasa Energy Week on 19 March 2025 during a pitching session organised by the EIC Innovation Procurement Programme powered by SPIN4EIC, which gathered EIC beneficiaries from across Europe at Vaasa City Hall (Finland) to showcase their groundbreaking energy solutions to leading industry buyers and stakeholders.

This event was made possible through the collaboration between SPIN4EIC and the City of Vaasa, both committed to advancing innovation for sustainable energy and district heating solutions. The pitching session provided a dynamic platform for innovators to connect with public buyers, fostering new partnerships and driving forward transformative energy solutions.

Vaasa Energy Week served as a hub for networking and knowledge exchange, bringing together representatives from the City of Vaasa, EPV Energy Oy, and key industry players. The event enabled participants to explore collaborative opportunities, share insights, and discuss innovative approaches to reshape the future of energy and heating services.

During the SPIN4EIC Pitching Session, EIC innovators took the stage to present disruptive technologies that have the potential to revolutionize the energy sector.

The groundbreaking solutions showcased included:

  • BlueHeart Energy (EIC Accelerator)- Thermo-acoustic technology for powers heat pumps.

For participants, the SPIN4EIC Pitching Session was more than a showcase of innovation—it was a chance to connect with potential clients, investors, and partners who can accelerate the adoption of their cutting-edge solutions.

EIC supports us to be at this pitching session where we have the opportunity to introduce our technology, looking for joint projects together with the city of Vaasa and the energy community.
