The SPIN4EIC Strategic Innovation Procurement Programme aims to offer hands-on assistance to EIC awardees to take part as bidders in public and private sector innovation procurement processes, including procurement of Research and Development (R&D) services, within and outside of the European Union (EU). This is a free service for EIC awardees.
Within first Academy week, courses are organised to offer EIC awardees trainings and inspiring learning sessions to develop their skills and capacity to participate in procurement opportunities, thereby helping them to scale their businesses.

EIC awardees can now apply for the 1st edition of the SPIN4EIC Innovation Procurement Academy week: the General Procurement Academy, taking place online between 15/04/2024 and 18/04/2024. This edition will introduce the most crucial aspects of (public and private sector) innovation procurement within and outside of the EU.

What can you expect during the Academy week?
The Academy week consists of four online sessions of a duration of three to four hours each, each held on a different day of the Academy week (15/04/2024 to 18/04/2024). The Academy week will cover EU and non-EU private and public innovation procurement and we will offer each participant the possibility to tailor their agenda, with different break-out sessions based on the needs and profiles of beneficiaries.

During this highly interactive session, you will learn about key success factors as an innovation supplier. Moreover, a networking activity will be organised during this session, for participants to get to know each other and exchange views on each other’s challenges, aspirations, and solutions. |
*We aim to tailor the content of the different sessions based on your applications to ensure their relevance for you. Hence, the clearer you are about your needs in the application questionnaire, the better. These sessions will also be highly interactive, so be prepared to participate actively in the discussions to make the most out of it!
All sessions will be held online and an invitation will be sent out to all participants upon confirmation of their participation. Make sure to stick around to receive your EIC Academy Certification, handed out by the EIC in its quality of Centre of Excellence!
