About the opportunity

The US Department of Defense (DoD) Biosurveillance programme is aimed at acquiring information related to health threats and biothreats for decisions related to national security. To this end, DoD is looking for a dynamic cross-domain cloud-based information technology capability, enabled by AI and machine learning, to make sense of big data and create analytic bandwidth for user-driven analysis and automation of routine processes across public health, biodefense, environmental, and intelligence data. Procurement procedure

The procedure is as follows:

1. Filling in a short form, including a solution brief here.

• The deadline is 7 June 23:59:59 US/Eastern Time, i.e. 8 June 05:59 Central European Summer Time.
• Please note that solution briefs should not exceed 5 written pages using 12-point font or 15 briefing slides. More information and guidance can be found here.

2. If pre-selected (outcome within 30 days), presenting the solution during a pitching session to the DoD.
3. In case of interest, presenting a technical and financial offer.
4. Selection by the DoD.
