Preliminary Market Consultation for the future PPI of large-scale industrialized Energy Rehabilitation Systems
About
Agencia de Vivienda y Rehabilitación de Andalucía (AVRA) has published an Open Market Consultation (OMC) to identify specific solutions that will help implement the MIREO Project. The MIREO Project (Integral Methodology for Optimized Energy Rehabilitation) was born with the objective of revolutionizing the sector of energy rehabilitation of buildings through innovative, industrialized and sustainable solutions. Through the integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, computational vision, modular manufacturing and 3D printing, MIREO seeks to reduce time and operating costs, optimize energy efficiency and improve people's quality of life.
Challenge Overview
Through this OMC, AVRA seeks to address the limitations of current market solutions by identifying and developing innovative solutions and tools for the energy-efficient re-habilitation of residential buildings through industrialized and scalable processes. The focus is on creating a comprehensive system that enhances decision-making, planning, and execution across the entire rehabilitation value chain.
Key Objectives
-
Predictive Modeling: Develop advanced tools for diagnosis, planning, and prioritization of interventions based on multiple criteria, such as cost, CO₂ emissions reduction, thermal comfort improvement, and support for vulnerable populations.
-
Industrialized Solutions: Promote the use of modular and prefabricated components to streamline the rehabilitation process, reduce costs, and improve quality.
-
Integrated Management: Implement systems that facilitate the coordination of various stakeholders, ensuring efficient workflow and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Through the Open Market Consultation, AVRA aims to engage with potential solution providers, gather insights, and refine the technical specifications for a future procurement process. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in the OMC to contribute their expertise and explore collaboration opportunities.
