About

ART-ER, which is an in-house entity of the Emilia-Romagna Region and other public stakeholders, has issued a pre-procurement process to identify and support innovative solutions addressing territorial ecological transition challenges.

The Challenge

As part of the Public Engagement program of the Ecosister Project, the challenge Strategic Electrification (Elettrificazione tattica,) owned by the Municipality of Piacenza, aims to drive the city’s ecological transition, enhance energy efficiency and promote smarter energy management. Specifically, the challenge aims to identify innovative solutions for the renewal of the urban energy system, with a focus on the adoption of eco-friendly materials for structural thermal insulation and the development of a smart lighting system.

Deadline for Submitting Offers: 4 April 2025, 13:00 CET 

Who can apply

The tender is open to research centres and universities, start-ups and SMEs, innovation centres, among others, as specified in the procedure's descriptive document. To submit offers, it is necessary to be registered on the TTIP Ecosister platform and specifically join the Public Engagement Community. For more information, please refer to this page.
