The EIC Innovation Procurement Programme powered by SPIN4EIC aims to support EIC Beneficiaries by providing free procurement assistance for public and private tenders across Europe and beyond. Through the dedicated Open Call for the SPIN4EIC Assistane Action, beneficiaries can access a range of tailored services, including:
- Tender drafting and preparation
- Identification of relevant tender opportunities
- Legal, contractual, and intellectual property (IP) support
- Guidance on tender requirements, bid qualification, and document organization
A prime example of this support in action is MYSPHERA, an EIC Beneficiary that received assistance in applying for the Dynamo (PCP) Pre-Commercial Procurement. As a result, the company successfully secured contracts for Phases I and II, enabling collaboration with key international organizations and driving significant business growth.
The following timeline provides a framework for MYSPHERA's journey through Dynamo PCP:
- April 2024 – SPIN4EIC Assistance
- May 2024 – Submission of Phase I offer / July 2024 – Award of Phase I
- November 2024 – Submission of Phase II offer / December 2024 – Award of Phase II
- June 2025 – Deadline for submission of Phase III offer

- Members of the EIC Scaling Club
- Seal of Excellence (under Horizon Europe).
