On 10 April, during the last day of the EIC Innovation Procurement Academy dedicated to EIC Awardees, SPIN4EIC will join forces with InnoMatch in a joint matchmaking session designed to bring together committed buyers and EIC-backed suppliers. EIC Awardees with an innovative solution that could address a challenge presented by a buyer could express their interest in collaborating. Together they could apply to the InnoMatch open call, where EIC Awardee can get funding up to € 60 000 for a PoC demonstration or pilot testing.

The matchmaking: connecting buyers’ challenges with EIC-backed innovators
InnoMatch, an initiative of the EIC Innovation Procurement Programme, is committed to bring buyers and EIC-backed innovators together to help them in their innovation procurement journey. To fulfil this purpose, InnoMatch has partnered with SPIN4EIC -another initiative of the EIC Innovation Procurement Programme - to, host a matchmaking session as part of the upcoming EIC Innovation Procurement Academy.
During this session, buyers will present a challenge their organisation is currently facing, seeking an innovative solution from EIC Awardees. After their pitch, interested EIC Awardees can express their interest in collaborating with the buyer by answering an Expression of Interest. EIC Awardees and buyers can then apply jointly to InnoMatch’s open call, where they can receive up to EUR 60 000 in funding to develop their solution.
The EIC Innovation Procurement Academy powered by SPIN4EIC
The SPIN4EIC Strategic Innovation Procurement initiative offers hands-on guidance to EIC Awardees to help them leverage innovation procurement to scale up their businesses. SPIN4EIC will be hosting the EIC Innovation Procurement Academy from 7-10 April. This activity will offer EIC Awardees the chance to
benefit from experienced trainers, dedicated case studies and peer-to-peer interaction to effectively apply their knowledge to secure procurement opportunities and scale their businesses.
