The latest edition of the European Innovation Council (EIC) Service Catalogue Highlights is introducing you, EIC beneficiaries, to a selection of services that can help you expand your solution to new markets.
These offers are available through the EIC Service Catalogue. With this searchable, filterable platform, EIC beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders can find the perfect service offer from among 10+ categories. Existing categories include Coaching & Mentoring, Acceleration, Access to Infrastructure & R&D support and Internationalisation. These services are provided by a variety of key innovation players from Europe and beyond, known as the EIC Partners.
EIC innovators can now also apply for financial support to access the paid services on the EIC Service Catalogue, through an open call powered by the EIC ACCESS+ initiative.
1. Branding Consultation & Pitch Deck Redesign by Goodby Silverstein & Partners
Through this service, EIC beneficiaries can get to a sharp, intriguing summation of the problem they are solving and create a compelling brand story. Goodby Silverstein & Partners will suggest ways to better organise the innovator’s deck, make copywriting improvements, and redesign its look and feel for maximum impact. The service will be implemented through a four-week sprint.

2. Business planning and market entry strategy by Apodissi
Based on the beneficiary’s industry and market interest, Apodissi will support them with business planning, market entry strategy, verifying the market interest and trend for their innovation and finding potential regional partnerships in the Middle East or Africa.

3. Fundraising & Commercialisation in the US by Great Product Ventures
Free consultancy and advisory sessions to EIC beneficiaries interested in taking their first steps toward the US market, with the objective of fundraising and/or commercialisation of their products or services in North America. Great Product Ventures experts’ will mentor and conduct preliminary commercial partner identification through online one-to-one sessions. The primary destination is the US market, however, the scope can be expanded to the rest of North America, including Canada and Mexico.

4. Internationalisation to USA, India and Taiwan by Branch Unlimited
Branch Unlimited and its local partners offer nine months market entry acceleration programmes for innovative European healthcare companies looking to break into the USA, India or Taiwan. The programmes are split into three phases: a first phase with online masterclasses and workshops about the local market, a second phase to visit the country and meet relevant stakeholders and a third phase with monthly coaching sessions until the conclusion of the programme.

This online US Market Accelerator provides a customised pathway for Life Sciences and MedTech companies to successfully enter, scale, and expand in the US market. The service is tailored to the company’s stage of readiness and growth objectives and offers different pathways for early-stage companies, companies looking to scale or companies seeking to expand their market presence.

6. Strategy sessions in tech and Life Sciences by Wilson Sonsini
Bespoke one-to-one sessions that help high-growth startups and scaleups with their US expansion, US scaling, and US investment strategies. The sessions will last 30-60 minutes and be delivered online or in person by one or more members of Wilson Sonsini’s US and London-based US Expansion or Executive Advisory teams.

This service has been designed to support market research and entry into the India and USA markets within a 6-month timeline. GBI has developed a Technology Management Interface (TMI) process, platform, network, and service to help EU innovators enter new markets. Services can be customised based on the beneficiary’s needs and may include market Research/SWOT competitor analysis, partner identification, government liaison and participation in trade shows, among others.

US Market Entry Programme - Silicon Valley in Your Pocket is a 13-week programme to globalise innovation best practices through lectures and workshops (live and via Zoom), along with on-demand content, quizzes, tools, templates, checklists, calculators, and data-driven assessments. Optional ongoing company oversight & support is available.

What is the EIC Ecosystem Partnership Programme?
The EIC Service Catalogue is brought to you by the EIC Ecosystem Partnership Programme. This programme is creating a network of partner organisations to address one of the greatest challenges for EIC innovators: accessing specialized sector-focused services. By forging new strategic partnerships with key actors, such as Business Accelerators, Incubators, Research and Training Organizations, the EIC helps its beneficiaries access their resources, facilities and expertise, so that no individual need is left unaddressed.

Can EIC beneficiaries receive financial support to cover the costs of the paid offers on the EIC Service Catalogue?
EIC innovators can apply for financial support to access the paid services on the EIC Service Catalogue through an open call powered by the EIC ACCESS+ initiative.
This call offers up to €60,000 in grants, covering up to 50% of the costs to access specialised services available through the platform. This opportunity is available for EIC beneficiaries or Seal of Excellence holders under the Horizon Europe program.
