About

The CDTI Innovation Center, the Spanish Center for Technological Development and Innovation, is a public entity under the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. With the overall objective to promote technological innovation in the national business sector, the CDTI has issues a tender for the development of sensors and vessel detention systems. The tender is a PCP.

The Challenge

The challenge is aimed at fostering the development of cutting-edge solutions in the field of forensic investigation, specifically tailored to the operational needs and constraints of crime scene environments. The objective is to enable the rapid collection and generation of actionable information that can seamlessly integrate into an innovative forensic intelligence system, supporting every stage of crime scene management — from initial evidence gathering to advanced analytical processes. These solutions should enhance the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of forensic workflows, ultimately strengthening investigative capabilities and decision-making.

Who can apply

The tender is open to Spanish or foreign entities having full legal capacity, either individually or as part of a Temporary Consortium of Companies, as specified in the procedure's descriptive document.
