My name is Kazik and I am President of amateur football club in Poland. Together with local authorities we intend to use a public procurement of innovation mechanism to develop eco-friendly football ground with green energy production and supply that also horizontally affect health issue. 

We are looking for either public or private co-investor to join our project with potential to be scaled up in Poland and EU in general.
