climaborough anci toscana PPI

Innovation Partnership Procedure
ANCI Toscana

About

ANCI TOSCANA has issued a new tender opportunity Building Green and Climate Neutral City Hubs, with a total budget of 1.2 million euros, under the CLIMABOROUGH Project. The tender is an Innovation Partnership procedure divided into five different Lots – each worth €240,000 to be awarded to two separate economic operators—addressing the specific needs of five European cities: Prijedor (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Pilsen (Czech Republic), Issy-les-Moulineaux (France), Sofia (Bulgaria), and Grenoble-Alpes Métropole (France).

The Challenge

The common challenge is to procure breakthrough solutions for greener, more climate-resilient, and digitally supported city hubs. These solutions must blend technology and citizen engagement to support climate-friendly decisions through data. While adapted to each city’s context, they must meet common requirements like real-time data use, citizen involvement, scalability, and measurable impact.

Within Lot 3, the Challenge for the city of Pilsen is Digital Urban Planning & Management. This challenge aims at improving air quality, reduce CO₂ emissions and noise, and enhance pedestrian safety through innovative solutions that combine digital and physical tools—such as apps, platforms, and IoT-based data visualisation.

Deadline for Submitting Offers: May 9, 2025, 23:59 CET.
