Open Call: Let’s shape the future together, join the R&I Days

The wait is over – you can now register for the Research & Innovation Days 2020. Open to all and free of charge, the event aims at gathering Europe’s best and brightest researchers, scientists, innovators, policy makers and entrepreneurs and bringing them together with the public to debate and shape the future of Research and Innovation in Europe and beyond. Join the virtual sessions on 22-24 September and be part of the online discussions!  

 

From tackling the climate crisis to building a digital world that works for everyone, this year's event will explore how Research and Innovation are responding to the current pandemic and discover sustainable, inclusive and resilient pathways for a post-COVID-19 society. 

 

An agenda packed with Europe’s best and brightest

With 100 interactive sessions, 10 themed hubs, 3 prize ceremonies and 1 exhibition, the European Research & Innovation Days 2020  will be a unique platform to meet, debate and co-create the strategic priorities for EU investment in research and innovation. From chatting to researchers to scientific experiments & playing games, you can get involved in an array of online activities. You will have the chance to: 



LEARN: Follow keynote speeches, panels, talks and presentations and you will learn the latest insights from thought leaders in science and innovation.  

CO-DESIGN: Working together to find solutions is the key to progress in research and innovation, and this is what co-design at the European Research and Innovation Days is all about.  

NETWORK: Advanced networking tools will allow you to search and connect with attendees with similar interests and organise virtual meetings.

INTERACT: Visit the “Science is Wonderful!” exhibition and experience the future of science online from your computer, including hands-on experiments, live demonstrations and chats with European and international researchers.
