The European Innovation Council Business Acceleration Services and Siemens Energy invite you to apply to an online EIC Corporate Day on 7 April 2022. Being one of the global leaders in energy, the company is looking for start-ups sharing their commitment to providing sustainable energy sources and further contributing towards well-thought-out and innovative practices in the energy business field. With that in mind, this specially designed initiative intends to gear up your collaboration with the company and forge bold and innovative partnerships.

Presently, the ‘Business as usual’ approach is no longer an option. Instead, having a more sustainable business and contributing positively to the world has become the norm. That’s where Siemens Energy jumps in. Being one of the world’s leading energy technology companies, Siemens Energy portfolio offers solutions across the entire energy value chain such as gas and steam turbines, hybrid power plants operated with hydrogen, Energy Storage, and digital energy systems. Today, more than 50% of their portfolio is already decarbonised and by 2030 the company intends to go net-zero. Their intention to provide sustainable, reliable and affordable energy is clear and backed up on the following motto: ‘We energise society’. With it, the company intends to support its customers and partners on transitioning energy systems of the future and take those important steps towards a more sustainable world. The Siemens Energy Ventures team supports this strategy by working with start-ups and the company venture builders to pilot, build and invest in future scalable decarbonisation and climate businesses.
