Throughout the sessions provided under this service, EIC beneficiaries will learn the three essential steps of effective communication, along with strategies for building trust and managing emotions during conflicts. EIC awardees will discover that to maximise value, they must move beyond simplistic tactical methods centred on power and persuasion. In reality, negotiations involve three dimensions (3D), encompassing three interconnected areas: strategic, creative, and tactical. This service comprises a one-day seminar, complete with preparatory activities and a subsequent follow-up report. It is tailored to assist project teams, primarily from EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition, in enhancing the structure for the exploitation and use of research outputs. The seminar acts as a foundation for preparing for adoption and technology transfer. Before the seminar, participants receive a preliminary report based on an introductory call. During the seminar, participants will collaborate with an expert to identify, review, and update the main research outputs, known as the Key Exploitable Results (KERs), employing a problem-oriented approach.
