The SPIN4EIC initiative powered by EIC Business Acceleration Services (BAS) Innovation Procurement Program, in collaboration with lomarlabs, is organising a matchmaking event on the afternoon of 22 October, officially hosted by the National Bank of Greece at their venue in Athens. This matchmaking is taking place back-to-back with the EIC Scaling Club Forum in the same venue.
The event aims to foster networking and exchange between EIC top-notch suppliers and innovative procurers from the Maritime and Shipping industries. It will serve as an opportunity for EIC innovators to showcase their cutting-edge solutions as part of a pitch to procurers who will present their challenges and discover technologies that can drive the advancement of their industry.

What to expect?

This matchmaking event offers an opportunity for EIC beneficiaries to pitch their cutting-edge maritime innovations to a panel of industry experts and key players in the shipping and maritime sectors. Participants will showcase solutions addressing challenges related to sustainable shipping and compliance with EU regulations. The session will include procurers such as:

• Angelos Tyrogalas, COO at Contships Management Inc.
• Charis Plakantonaki, Chief Strategy Officer at Star Bulk Carriers Corp.

When will it be held?

The matchmaking session will take place on 22 October 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm in Athens, at the National Bank of Greece venue.
