The EIC and the German Association for Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics (BME) are delighted to invite you to apply to the largest event for purchasing, supply chain management, and logistics that will take place digitally from 8–10 November 2021!

About

The European Innovation Council (EIC) is organising an EIC ePitching with Procurers online event alongside the German Association for Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics (BME), occurring from the 8th to 10th November 2021. During the session, EIC beneficiaries are invited to pitch solutions regarding the future constellation and new tasks for companies and purchasing.

Apply here until 14 October 2021

Under the motto #newhorizons, BME’s goal for this digital event is to set our minds on navigating the next normal when it comes to knowing how to future-proof an organization and tackling future success - via innovation, sustainability, hybrid working, strategy work, and organisational transformation.

This event will be focused on the future by putting the new tasks for organisations and procurement at the heart of the discussion. The format of the event will allow BME to present their most pressing needs and current challenges. The selected EIC-funded SMEs will have privileged access to the world's leading companies with the potential to initiate strategic partnerships. Plus, increased visibility and possible access to new markets. Networking opportunities with relevant business counterparts based on your company profile is also a possibility, and finally, dedicated support services related to the event (before, during and after) will also be a reality.

What’s in store for you?

This event will allow you to introduce your services to a wide range of buyers through a pitching session and interactive networking activities. Up to 10 EIC-backed up SMEs will have the chance to show their innovative solutions on the Symposium in an interactive coffee table format to a selected audience of buyers.

You may also take the chance to meet with CPOs, SVPs Supply Chain, Directors of Procurement, Senior Supply Chain Executives, Heads of Sourcing, Heads of Category Management, among others. If a senior supply executive is interested in meeting your company, the event team will contact you (outside the scope of the event).
Additionally, selected beneficiaries will have the opportunity to attend the BME Symposium conferences as well. Please note that it will be mainly in German.
