The Brussels-Capital Region public transportation system (Buses, Trams, Metros), STIB-MIVB, has published a Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) in people flow analytics. The “Muntstroom Living Lab project is handling this PCP”, a department of STIB-MIVB. More information about the request for tenders is being presented in a webinar taking place on 28 September, from 10:00 to 11:00 CET. Are you interested in this opportunity? Discover how to apply here.

The Muntstroom project is a joint procurement of an integrated end-to-end solution for outdoor and indoor flow monitoring. Since research showed that the desired integrated solution does not yet exist on the market, a PCP has been prepared and published to develop the desired integrated solution.

The Brussels-Capital Region aims to make the city more attractive to pedestrians by showing them the shortest, safest, and most convenient routes for going from point A to point B, for example, through a mobility app. The creation of this repository of information will be possible with the measurement and analysis of people flows when they are moving around the city.

Interested suppliers can know more about the tender in the webinar “About the Request for Tender docs” organised by Muntstroom on 28 September, from 10:00 to 11:00 CET. If you’re interested in attending this webinar, please send an email to muntstroom@stib-mivb.brussels.
