The European Innovation Council (EIC) is inviting all EIC Accelerator companies in the healthcare vertical to apply for the EIC and J&J Healthcare Investor Day powered by Bpifrance – EuroQuity on 13 November in Paris, France.
Organized in collaboration with Johnson & Johnson Innovation (J&J) and Bpifrance - EuroQuity, this in-person event will grant EIC-backed beneficiaries the chance to showcase their innovative solutions to top-class European investors from Adamed Group, Bpifrance Innobio, Cathay Health, Dieter von Holtzbrinck Ventures, EIT Health, FASE - Financing Agency for Social Entrepreneurship, Go Capital, Illumina Ventures, Karista, Kurma Partners, LifeX Ventures, Omnes Capital, Panakès Partners , SpeedInvest, Supernova Invest, Thuja Capital, Turenne Capital, Verge HealhTech Fund, Verve Ventures, Vesalius Biocapital, Yaya Capital, with more investors to come.

Who can apply?
The EIC Accelerator companies which were selected for or have received the investment component, and are working on innovative solutions in the healthcare sector – such as biotech, medtech, ehealth companies.
The eligible companies are:

H2020 EIC Accelerator Pilot blended finance companies, which have received the grant and investment component;

EIC Accelerator Horizon Europe companies.
Important: Please note that priority in the selection process might be given to EIC companies that have not participated in previous EIC Business Acceleration Investor Days or ePitchings or raised capital in the 12 months prior to this ePitching.
How can you be selected?
To qualify for selection, you must complete the application form. Please, make sure the information completed allows EIC to verify your eligibility for the call (I.e. fill in correctly the project number, acronym).
Please note that your profile will be shared with the event jury members, which will base their selection according to the information you submitted, as well as their investment preferences. Any information you submit is also liable to be shared in an upcoming call for investors, as well as an event brochure.

Why is the EIC organizing this Investor Day?
This opportunity is brought to you by the EIC Investment Readiness and Outreach Programme, which is expanding the EIC’s Business Acceleration Services (BAS). The programme aims to enhance the investor readiness of EIC Accelerator innovators, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to attract investment and scale their ventures. Once ready, the programme also provides introductions to the best investors in their sector, namely through ePitchings and Investor Days.
Why is EIC collaborating with J&J and Bpifrance - EuroQuity?
The EIC and EuroQuity-Bpifrance have previously teamed up to deliver a number of successful ePitchings and Investor Days. For this time, Johnson & Johnson Innovation will host this Investor Day in their offices at Parisante Campus.
