Open call – Connect with the EIC Partners offering you matchmaking, talent acquisition and HR management services

Did you know that the EIC Service Catalogue has dedicated categories to help you plug into existing business networks, connect with leading organisations or even boost your talent acquisition and HR management processes? The next Ask me Anything online session, happening on 23 September, 11:00 CEST, will be your chance to dive into these offers with exclusive presentations from EIC Partners DIGITAL INNOVATION ZONE, Evolution Europe, Peak Spirit GmbH, Sting and Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship.

This session will be held online, via zoom on 23 September, 11:00 to 12:40 CEST.

Participants must register before 23 September, 09:00 CEST to secure their participation and receive the link to the session via email.

The EIC Service Catalogue features a wide range of offers from 190+ service providers hailing from across Europe and beyond. EIC innovators can find services tailored to their project by filtering according to funding instrument, TRL, sector or country of the EIC Partner, under 11 different service categories that address different needs.

Our upcoming EIC Service Catalogue: Ask Me Anything – Matchmaking, Human Resources and Talent session will be a unique chance to interact with some of the EIC Partners providing their services under the Matchmaking and Human Resources & Talent categories of the platform. These organisations will be presenting their offers, answering questions from EIC innovators and available for pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings.

By joining the session, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn more about EIC ACCESS+, the funding scheme helping EIC beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders access financial support to cover the costs of the paid services offered through the EIC Service Catalogue. 

What’s in it for you? 

EIC beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders joining this session will get the chance to:

  • Get to know services designed to help innovators connect with relevant European players and engage with business networks to access invaluable technical, financial or strategic support;
  • Learn more about excellent talent prospecting and acquisition support services;
  • Pose their questions to the participating EIC Partners and pre-schedule bilateral chats to learn more about their services.
  • Learn how to apply for the services and access funding through the EIC ACCESS+ initiative, which can cover up to 50% of the costs of the paid services on the EIC Service Catalogue.

All EIC beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders can apply and join the session.
 

Which EIC Partners are joining the session?

The following EIC Partners will present their services and answer your questions during the session:

  • DIGITAL INNOVATION ZONE is a leading European Digital Innovation Hub driving digital transformation and technological advancement in North-East Romania. Their mission is to accelerate the growth and competitiveness of start-ups, SMEs, and public organisations through digital innovation, fostering a robust ecosystem that bridges technology, research, and industry needs.
  • Evolution Europe is a specialised consultancy firm that leverages its extensive network and two decades of industry insights to connect innovators with strategic partners, guiding them through the complexities of market entry, investment readiness, and commercialisation. 
  • Peak Spirit GmbH empowers health tech ventures by providing in-depth analysis of critical success factors, including reimbursement pathways, key unmet needs, market size, and competitive dynamics in their target segments and countries. By combining strategic analysis with hands-on execution, Peak Spirit accelerates market access and growth for innovative healthtech solutions.
  • Sting has been running extensive incubator and accelerator operations since 2002. They have extensive experience supporting over 500 startups, 70% of which are currently active. Their focus in on tech-based startups and a significant share of the companies accepted to Sting’s programmes are spun out of academic research and are characterised as deep tech. 
  • Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) combines entrepreneurial education, start-up incubation, international collaboration, and systemic co-creation under one roof. Based in Munich and embedded in the Hochschule Machen University of Applied Sciences, SCE acts as a launchpad for changemakers, bridging academia, industry, and society. 

Participants will also be able to schedule a bilateral chat with one or more of these EIC Partners, in order to clear up all their questions and learn more about the offers they are providing through the EIC Service Catalogue.

 

About the EIC Service Catalogue

The EIC Service Catalogue gathers a vast number of support services, from fundraising to acceleration, matchmaking, and even niche services such as intellectual property and legal support, infrastructure provision and many others. These services are tailored to EIC beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders and provided by the group of innovation ecosystem organisations known as EIC Partners.

The EIC Service Catalogue is brought to you by the EIC Ecosystem Partnership Programme. This programme is creating a network of partner organisations to address one of the greatest challenges for EIC innovators: accessing specialised sector-focused services. By forging new strategic partnerships with key actors, such as business accelerators, incubators, research and training organisations, the EIC helps its beneficiaries access their resources, facilities and expertise, so that no individual need is left unaddressed.

Can EIC beneficiaries receive financial support to cover the costs of the paid offers on the EIC Service Catalogue?

EIC innovators can apply for financial support to access the paid services on the EIC Service Catalogue through an open call powered by the EIC ACCESS+ initiative. 

This call offers up to EUR 60,000 in grants, covering up to 50% of the costs to access specialised services available through the platform. This opportunity is available for EIC beneficiaries or Seal of Excellence holders under the Horizon Europe program.
