As part of the EIC Tech to Market (T2M) Programme, the European Innovation Council (EIC) invites EIC Pathfinder (former FET-Open and FET- Proactive), EIC Transition, and all innovators eligible for EIC Tech to Market (see section “Who can apply”) to attend a dedicated session on the regulatory framework for medicinal products, organised in collaboration with the European Medicines Agency (EMA). The session will take place online, on Thursday, 28 November 2024 from 16:00 to 18:00 CET.
The online session will introduce the regulatory framework for medicinal products and will focus on regulatory compliance with practical steps on how to navigate it in your business.

As part of the EIC Tech to Market Pioneer Programme, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) is making a presentation for EIC beneficiaries and all innovators eligible for EIC Tech to Market (see section “Who can apply”).
This session will allow participating projects to interact with representatives of the EMA and obtain advice on optimizing their interfaces and regulatory strategy. Then, the session will be followed by an exchange (Q&A) with two entrepreneur, MM. Gilles Rubinstenn and Florent Perin-Dureau, co-founders, CEO, and CMO of ReST Therapeutics (EIC Accelerator beneficiary), which will enrich the operational and strategic perspectives of the participating projects, by sharing the experience of "someone who has done it before”.

Who can apply?
The application to this online session is open to EIC Pathfinder (ex. FET-Open and FET-Proactive), EIC Transition, ERC-POC, Women TechEU beneficiaries, FET-Flagships, and EIC Seal of Excellence holders.
The availability is limited (up to 70 spots) and a selection committee will choose the applicants working in the topic area. The selected applicants will receive a confirmation email with the invitation link one week before the start of the session.
