The European Innovation Council (EIC) is showcasing some of its best Transport & Mobility companies in an ePitching session on 31 March at 13:00 CET. Join this online event to connect with top EIC innovators and explore new investment opportunities!

Are you an investor with a history in the Transport & Mobility sector? If so, the EIC ePitching on Transport & Mobility is your chance to get to know some of the top EIC-funded projects in the field. This is your opportunity to hear from a curated list of pitching companies, with the option of scheduling virtual one-on-one meetings after the session.

Who can join?

The EIC is looking for qualified investors with a history in the Transport & Mobility verticals, such as Venture Capitalists, Corporate VCs,  Family Offices, Angel Investors, etc. Don’t forget to sign up for the EIC Co-Investment Platform to make the most of the event and find exciting new opportunities.

VOOL

VOOL is a one-stop shop for uninterrupted EV Charging. Their solution uses the existing power grid up to three times more effectively and saves up to 90% of electricity costs. They also think power grids should be shared and with VOOL everybody can become a charge point operator. In 2022 VOOL raised €4.7M in funding and grew from 5 people to 32 people by year-end.

Vool is on a Series A funding round, raising €5 million.

 

AVILOO GmbH

AVILOO is a global market leader in Battery Diagnostics. The company seeks to revolutionize the used car market for electric vehicles through the AVILOO Battery Test. By using this product, customers can get a more accurate idea of the health of a vehicle’s battery, which renders the process of purchasing and selling used electric cars much more transparent.

AVILOO is on a series A funding round, raising €5 million.

 

Dronamics

Dronamics is the world’s first cargo drone airline. Their mobility solution is powered by long-range cargo drones and saves time, costs and carbon emissions. Dronamics’ long range drone is created specifically for cargo and already licensed to fly with a payload of 350kg and a range of 2,500km, with a price point c.50% lower than existing same day cargo.

Dronamics is on a series A funding round, raising €5 million.

 

MAGMENT GmbH

MAGMENT is developing, designing and manufacturing magnetizable concretes for innovative, competitive and customer-oriented electromagnetic solutions. Their main applications are inductive components and dynamic wireless transmission for EVs, an essential technology for autonomous driving. They use recycled magnetic materials as aggregates in their concretes, making them highly competitive.

MAGMENT is on a series A funding round, raising €10 million.

 

DazeTechnology

Daze Technology is elevating electric and sustainable mobility through DazePlug. Ailing from Italy, the start-up has developed the first totally autonomous conductive charging system to automate recharge for Electric Vehicles. 

Daze Technology is on a series A funding round, raising €8 million. 

 

C2C-NewCap

C2C-NewCap offers an energy storage system for heavy-commercial vehicles (fully compatible with the truck industry, tailored in voltage and size). Their solution is made of two components: GO-START, their proprietary supercapacitor specifically designed for engine cranking, and a battery to support the hotel load. They are the first company in the world that offers a full pack solution (supercapacitor and battery) and the first to propose a lead-acid free system by using a li-ion battery for the resting period.

C2C-NewCap is on a series A funding round, raising €6 million.

 

Maeve Aerospace B.V.

Maeve Aerospace develops worlds' largest all-electric aircraft, featuring 60 seats and 400 km of range. Their goal is to launch Maeve 01 before the end of the decade and disrupt the traditional aviation industry using a zero-emission approach.

Maeve Aerospace is on a series A funding round, raising €40 million.

The Ecosystem Partnerships and Co-Investment Support Programme is expanding the EIC’s Business Acceleration Services (BAS) by creating a network of specialized, sector-focused partners that can help innovators access the services they need. It is also dedicated to promoting co-investment along with the EIC Fund, by preparing beneficiaries to interact with investors and connecting them through matchmaking and dedicated events.
