The Challenge
The challenge focuses on identifying highly biodegradable cationic polymers that enable breakthrough delivery and deposition of active ingredients in cleansing products. It aims to explore:
- Innovative polymers with strong deposition performance on hydrophobic and hydrophilic surfaces
- Biodegradable materials available at gram scale with scalability toward full production
- Novel production processes for biodegradable cationic polymers
The ultimate goal is to replace conventional polymers with biodegradable alternatives that meet performance, deposition, and sustainability requirements in cleansing applications.
Reward
Successful applicants may receive sponsored research funding appropriate to the scope and content of the proposal.
