‘Success Stories from Central and Southeastern Europe’ will be diving into the triumphs and insights of Adrian Suteu (Membership Manager, European Microfinance Network), Dimitris Matsakis (Partner, P.L.A.N.), Matthew Caruana (CEO, JA Malta Foundation), Tessa McIver (Community Manager, Warsaw Equity Group), and Wojciech Ratymirski (General Partner, Radix Ventures); five individuals who have redefined the entrepreneurial narrative in this dynamic region.

Ventures Thrive cohort 2: applications now open
Ventures Thrive has recently started accepting applications for its second cohort. This programme is targeting deeptech startups based in or operating from Widening Area Countries.
Ventures Thrive is backed by the European Innovation Council (EIC) and is specifically looking to address funding shortages and growth difficulties among deeptech startups in the aforementioned areas.
The programme is investing a cumulative €1.5 million in the 32 accepted startups over the course of two years, with the chosen startups being eligible for up to €100,000 in cash and services, equity-free.

A specific online Q&A session will be hosted directly after the event, from 5pm to 5.30pm, to answer any questions about applying for the programme’s second cohort.
