What makes one leader stand out and succeed more than another? In the words of Sheryl Sandberg (COO, Facebook), female leaders should strive for authenticity over perfection. But how can women lead effectively and be authentic? Are you a female manager or are you aspiring to become one? Would you like to develop your own leadership skills by nurturing the impact of women leaders on your team? The European Innovation Council has the right Community Training for you on 4 December 2020. Register here and don’t miss our event!

Registrations are open until 30 November 2020.

Mark your calendars: Friday, 4 December 2020 (09:30-13:00 CET, online).

During this EIC Community Training, we will explore the importance of developing your own authentic leadership brand and presence in critical situations. Together with a business coach, you will receive a framework and process to develop your unique leadership style, as well as techniques on how to communicate effectively and consistently in online meetings. To promote the sharing of experiences, two female leaders from EIC-funded companies will present their own experiences of authentic leadership and their challenges in the current context.

What’s in it for you?

  • Testimonials and peer-to-peer learning: in this topic, there is no “right” answer. It’s essential to reflect, discuss and be inspired by others to develop your own authentic leadership style. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore this peer-to-peer learning, as well as discover the inputs from two EIC female leaders.
  • Practical tools: the training session, designed and delivered by a business coach, focuses on providing you with a framework and tips on how to cultivate your unique leadership brand, especially during virtual interactions and meetings.

Who should attend?

This event targets especially women working in EIC-funded companies, who want to develop their leadership skills and elevate the participation of female leaders across their businesses. The workshop will be done online with a maximum of 30 participants (1 applicant per EIC-funded project).

*Apply today* and don’t miss this opportunity!

The event has limited capacity and registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Should you have any questions regarding the event, please refer to our helpdesk: https://community-smei.easme-web.eu/contact  (please choose “EIC Community Training: Women In Leadership” as the subject).
