Open Call: EIC Community Training: an HR toolkit to scale up your team

Are you looking to scale up your company in the near future? Do you believe people are your most important asset, but find it difficult to overcome the challenges of a growing team? If you answered yes to these questions, the European Innovation Council (EIC) Business Acceleration Services invite you to apply for this online Community Training, on 9 June 2020 (14h30 CEST), in which participants will receive insights that will help them manage Human Resources (HR) when scaling up.

With this EIC Community Training, a limited number of EIC beneficiaries will get the chance to better prepare for the next phase of their company in terms of HR and team management. Together with an EIC business coach you will be receiving guidelines and tools, that will help you deal with the growth of the team and ensure you do not fail while trying to scale up. To promote the sharing of experiences, an EIC beneficiary will be invited to present the path of their company regarding HR and answer all questions related to the topic.

Who should attend?

This training session is aimed at EIC beneficiaries, either senior management or HR managers, who are planning on scaling their company in the near future and consider HR to be one of the most important parts of this process. The session will be live-streamed to an audience of 20 participants, and the places will be limited to two persons per project.
