On 11 December, Veolia is hosting a networking and pitching event in Paris, in cooperation with the European Innovation Council (EIC) pilot. Small and medium-sized enterprises funded under the EIC pilot programmes are welcome to apply until 31 October.
The topic of the event is innovation in the field of business transformation and how to make companies more agile, flexible, human and collaborative. In concrete Veolia is looking for innovative solutions in the following domains:
People, Working Practices and Culture
Solutions that make employees’ life easier, support the transformation of working methods, improve the quality of life at work, the well-being of employees, guarantee their health and safety, support employees in their professional development (training, skills development), stimulate employee motivation and commitment.
Processes and Organization
Solutions that help facilitate, modify, improve, reinvent a company's support processes (purchasing, human resources, legal, facilities management, marketing, communication etc.), transform organizations, anticipate and support management changes, improve operational performance by promoting the agility and flexibility of organizations, orchestrate the transition and drive change, support the evolution of culture brought about by new digital technologies, etc.
Ecosystem/Relationships with the various stakeholders (customers, users, suppliers, partners, investors, etc.)
Innovative solutions that help improve the customer experience, foster interactions with customers by refining knowledge and a better understanding of their expectations, build new relationships and value creation models, financially enhance the company's strategy with investors, report market expectations and trends in real time
The selected companies will have the chance to share their vision with Veolia representatives and engage in one-to-one meetings. Participants will also have the opportunity to network and get a deeper insight into Veolia’s current challenges.
