On 31 October and 7 November 2025, it’s time to go back to school with the new online edition of the EIC Fall-Winter School, organised by the EIC Business Acceleration Services (EIC BAS). With a focus on Talent & Culture for Growth, the two sessions will equip you – EIC beneficiaries – with the knowledge and tools to build strong organisational cultures, attract and grow talent, and unlock sustainable growth.

The EIC Fall-Winter School 2025 will focus on the crucial intersection between talent strategies and organisational culture. Held online on 31 October and 7 November 2025, this EIC Community event and recurring activity of the Business Acceleration Services will offer EIC beneficiaries the chance to explore forward-thinking approaches to team building, leadership, and workplace innovation.  

Through interactive sessions and expert-led discussions, participants will learn how to shape a culture that attracts, retains, and empowers people to do their best work. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with peers and grow your presence within the EIC community! 

The number of spaces available is limited:  
 

Applications will open on 9 September 2025 and will close on Tuesday, 30 September 2025. 

 

We are inviting EIC beneficiaries to apply to both sessions: 

Session 1 – Friday, 31 October, from 09:00 – 13:00 CEST, online | Building talent & culture strategies for sustainable growth 

This session will focus on: 
• Designing a talent strategy aligned with your company/project’s mission and growth objectives. 
• Identifying and developing high-potential talent across diverse profiles. 
• Creating a culture of performance, continuous feedback, and psychological safety. 
• Leading with empathy and values: the role of leadership in shaping culture. 

Session 2 – Friday, 7 November, from 09:00 to 13:00 CEST, online | Leading the future workforce: inclusion, well-being & hybrid teams 

This session will focus on: 
• Understanding and adapting to future workforce trends (remote, hybrid, multi-generational teams). 
• Improving gender inclusiveness in leadership, hiring, and workplace practices. 
• Promoting employee well-being and resilience as part of cultural sustainability. 
• Rethinking leadership: emotional intelligence, inclusive decision-making, and collaborative dynamics.

How does it work? 

To ensure a high-quality and interactive learning experience, participation is limited to a maximum of 40 EIC attendees. To ensure continuity and maximise learning impact, we will prioritise participants attending both sessions.
