The EIC Fall-Winter School returns this year with a timely focus: Talent & Culture for Growth. Organised by the EIC Business Acceleration Services, as part of the EIC Community Programme, this two-day online school will take place on 31 October and 7 November 2025, offering EIC-backed innovators key insights and tools to scale people, purpose, and performance.

Talent is your greatest asset, and culture is the operating system of your innovation. Whether you're hiring your first team member or scaling across markets, this training is designed to help you align people with purpose, and culture with growth.

The EIC Fall-Winter School 2025 will help EIC beneficiaries unlock growth by designing talent strategies, building inclusive cultures, and leading with purpose.

Apply by 30 September
