The EIC Corporate Partnership Programme is inviting EIC-backed startups and scaleups to pitch their innovations at the EIC Corporate Day with Clariane, the leading European community in care, healthcare, and hospitality in times of vulnerability. The EIC-backed companies selected to participate in this initiative will receive tailored business support prior to their participation in an exclusive pitching and matching session with Clariane’s experts and decision-makers in Paris (France), on 11-12 June 2025.

Application to EIC Corporate Day with Clariane 

Clariane seeks to harness technology to address the elderly care and healthcare sectors’ main challenges. Through the implementation of highly innovative digital services and solutions, Clariane’s main objectives are to improve care quality, personalise services for residents and their families, support employees with better working conditions and enhance comfort and safety of everyone while reducing the Group’s environmental footprint.

Who can apply? 

Clariane seeks scientifically validated innovative solutions in the healthcare and social care space to enhance overall patient diagnosis and care, improve operational efficiency within facilities and support functions, and offer better treatment and support for patients with mental health conditions and cognitive recovery needs. 

Clariane is particularly interested in the following focus areas: 

1. AI-Driven innovations in diagnostics, therapies, and patient care pathway enhancement: Clariane is looking for technologies with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI), ensuring efficient and personalised patient management, including: 

• Diagnostics and Therapy (e.g., AI-powered diagnostics, precision medicine). 

• Digital therapeutics (e.g., telemonitoring, AI-assisted therapy programs). 

• Streamlining of care pathways (e.g., telemedicine, e-pathways, mobile medical teams, remote patient data collection). 

• Medical data collection (e.g., AI-driven health data analysis, predictive insights). 

2. Digital solutions for improved efficiency in facilities (clinics, nursing homes) and support functions: These innovations will help Clariane to reduce administrative burden on staff, improve operational workflows, and enhance the overall quality of care:  

• Administrative burden reduction (e.g., automated documentation). 

• Quality of life at work (e.g., digital shift management, workplace well-being solutions). 

• Process optimisation and automation (e.g., robotic process automation, workflow management and patient scheduling). 

3. Mental health and neurological rehabilitation: Clariane is looking for solutions that address mood and behavioral disorders while also supporting neurological recovery and rehabilitation following conditions such as strokes or aneurysms:  

• Mood and behavioral disorders (e.g. cognitive therapy, personalised interventions). 

• Depression management (e.g. digital therapeutics, remote mental health monitoring). 

• Eating disorders (e.g. behavioral analysis, digital treatment programs). 

• Addictions treatment (e.g. digital recovery programs, relapse prevention). 

• Neurological recovery and cognitive rehabilitation (e.g. technology-assisted therapies to regain cognitive, motor, and speech functions).

What happens after your application? 

The EIC team will contact all selected applicants once the process is finished. However, this contact does not include feedback or recommendations for those not selected. 

If selected, participants must be available for the entire duration of the programme, which includes the preparation phase (online training sessions, pitch checks, and business proposal reviews), the event days (in-person) on 11-12 June 2025, in Paris, France, and follow-up activities. Selected companies must be represented by C-level executives. Additionally, selected participants will be responsible for arranging and covering their travel and accommodation costs. 

Cancellation policy 

Cancellations will only be considered in duly documented cases of "force majeure". Unjustified cancellation can lead to exclusion in future EIC Business Acceleration Services business opportunities. To date, more than 1 500 EIC-backed start-ups and scale-ups, together with over 2 500 high-level representatives from more than 100 large companies, have taken part in the programme, resulting in significant impacts on organisations, tracking progress, and closing deals, often within 6 months.
