Braun will receive tailored business support and dedicated preparation for an exclusive pitching, matching and networking session with the company’s decision-makers and experts in Berlin (Germany), on 24-25 September 2025.

Application to EIC Corporate Day with B. Braun
The services offered by the EIC will include tailored training, mentoring, and pitch rehearsal sessions, all designed to help you refine your value proposition ahead of an in-person pitching and matchmaking event in September with corporate decision-makers. In addition, selected EIC companies will benefit from post-event support to help maximise the impact and follow-up of their business proposals.
B. Braun is seeking highly innovative solutions in cardiovascular interventions, minimally invasive procedures, smart medical devices, and digital healthcare solutions, unlocking new markets and co-developing transformative healthcare technologies.

B. Braun is looking for innovative solutions to explore collaborations in smart medical devices, patient safety, and digital healthcare solutions, leveraging start-up agility and cutting-edge innovation.
Their focus areas include:

Advanced materials and novel drugs designed for local drug delivery

Cath lab and interventional suite technologies, encompassing digital and AI-driven processes and products
-
Catheter-based lesion preparation technologies, including sensor-integrated and active devices
-
Structural heart interventions, excluding valve-related procedures
-
Hemodynamics, along with digital and non-invasive technologies
EIC-backed start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs can apply here.
Please note that the information provided will be shared with B. Braun, which selects participants based on strategic alignment with their priorities.
What happens after your application?
The EIC team will contact all selected applicants once the process is finished. However, this contact does not include feedback or recommendations for those not selected.
If selected, participants must be available for the entire programme duration, including the preparation phase (online training sessions, pitch checks, and business proposal reviews), the event days (in-person) on 24-25 September 2025 in Berlin, Germany, and online follow-up activities. The selected companies must be represented by C-level executives. Additionally, selected participants will be responsible for arranging and covering their travel and accommodation costs.
All participants are expected to complete a brief satisfaction survey shortly after the matchmaking opportunity and a business impact survey after six months. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from future EIC Business Acceleration Services.
Cancellation policy
