This is the wrap up for the discussion of Work Group 1 – Synergies Between Tools, and next steps.

Discussion:

• The source of data is Case Tracker 
• We should have synergies between the tools = Case Tracker, PO’s Dashboard, and now the EIC Community to address our SMEs needs:
  • Example: SMEs want to find potential partners by target market – suggest the EIC Community 
• We need to develop the role of Coaches and KAMs in the Community:
  • Moderating some discussion groups
  • Should they offer the services to the companies? – if a company contacts them 
  • Promotion of the Community to the beneficiaries

Next Steps:

• Keep ongoing work – synergies
  • Tailored made content sent to the SMEs with the filtered companies that they are looking for / on the same market – this has to be analyzed 
• Develop the Coaches & KAMs concept
