Good business coaching can make all the difference for the success of your project! As a beneficiary of the EIC Pathfinder, Transition, and Accelerator programs, you are entitled to twelve days of coaching funded by the EIC. For participants in the EIC Accelerator applicants, Women Leadership Programme and WomenTech EU Programme, three days of coaching are available.
For EIC Pathfinder, EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries:
- You can start using your assigned coaching time (in bulks of 24 hours) by selecting a coach from this link: EIC Coaching Dashboard.
For EIC Accelerator applicants:
- You can find the link to the selection dashboard on the page where you begin drafting their your full application.
- Alternatively, you can access the EIC Coaching Dashboard.
For Seal of Excellence recipients and participants in the Women Leadership Programme / Women TechEU, the coach matching process is not automated yet.
- To initiate your coaching, please contact EISMEA-COACHING@ec.europa.eu.
Additional information is available in the EIC Business Coaching Handbook.
Here is how the coaching selection process works:
- Select up to six coaches from our list. These coaches will receive an email notification to confirm their availability.
- Optionally, you can have a preliminary 'chemistry' call with the coaches who confirm their availability.
- After this interaction (or even without it), choose your final coach.
- Your chosen coach will create a coaching plan in our Casetracker system.
- Once the plan is approved, the EISMEA Coaching Team formalizes the coaching contract, and you can start your coaching sessions.
You and your coach can decide how to use the coaching hours most effectively. The hours can be divided into sessions ranging from 1 to 8 hours, as per your needs.
Should you need any assistance during your coaching, feel free to contact our Coaching team at EISMEA-COACHING@ec.europa.eu.
