Open Call: Introduce new digital solutions to the Pharma Supply Chain

For the first time the European Innovation Council is collaborating with the German Association for Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics (BME) to introduce you to procurers from the Pharma industry. EIC-funded SMEs will get the chance participate in company pitches, business speed dating and prescheduled B2B matchmakings. This workshop will take place in Dresden, Germany on the 4th of March 2020 and will take place as part of the 5th Pharma Supply Chain Congress (3-5 of March 2020). 

 

Applications are due on 31 January 2020.

 
In this new format up to 20 selected companies will have the opportunity to meet with procurers from large Pharma companies. Apply today and don’t miss the chance to connect with representatives of the following procurement departments

This workshop is integrated in the 5th Pharma Supply Chain Congress in Dresden, Germany from the 3rd to the 5th of March 2020, with around 200 participants from the Pharma industry. In the last years the Industry has been facing many challenges connected to the digitalisation of the Supply Chain (Track & Trace, packaging, coding) and is now looking for companies that could support them. 

During the Innovation Session, each selected SME will have the opportunity to present its digital solution to all participating procurers. Thereafter the SMEs will receive an allocated meeting table where procurers can approach them and continue their discussions.

The five aforementioned companies will receive the list of all applicants ahead of time, in order to select SMEs for one-on-one prescheduled meetings. Meetings with other participants will take place on an ad-hoc basis on the congress day. 

 
Who can apply?

All companies related to digitalisation and automated processes. 

Innovative approaches needed for the following challenges: 

  • Recycling of packages used for temperature controlled goods
  • Track & Trace in sea freight
  • Transport tracking for the customer
  • Material Management systems
  • Monitoring and reporting software
  • Creation of a consistent Supply Chain 
  • Automated reporting processes
  • Roll out of track & trace software
