Meet the trainers

Scott Goldner

Scott has experience building, developing and leading organizations, learning institutions, and programs at various phases of development – conceptual, start-up, local scaling, national scaling, international scaling and improvement/turnaround.  Scott has always enjoyed coaching other leaders to find both impact and balance in their lives and work.  After his previous role as interim-CEO / Chief Educational Program Officer at Kiron Open Higher Education, Scott realized that what he wants to do most is to help others to do more purposeful, impactful work. The DO School is an excellent home for Scott because it enables him to work with multiple partners – maximizing their learning and experience, as well his own and that of his team.

Rouven Steinfeld

Rouven heads up the program delivery team at the DO School, curating and implementing the different programs of the DO School’s portfolio, most notably its one year Fellowship Program, the Intrapreneurship Program and the Leading for Impact Program in cooperation with the Skoll Center for Social Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining the DO School, Rouven developed and ran programs for the Dekeyser&Friends Foundation in Geneva. His previous experience in the field of education includes an interactive exhibition project for the Anne Frank Museum in Frankfurt, and working as a teaching assistant in a London school. He has also been involved with a variety of voluntary projects, including organising an aid program for Sudanese refugees in Israel.
