Every month the European Innovation Council organises an ‘EIC ePitching with Investors’ around a dedicated topic. This time around, the EIC is pleased to invite all eligible beneficiaries to participate in our next session dedicated to Agritech, Food & Beverages on 15 February 2022. The selected EIC-backed beneficiaries will be able to present their innovative solutions during an online event to a jury of top-class European investors. Agritech, or agricultural technology, stands for the application of technological innovations to improve the efficiency and output of agriculture. In line with it are the food and beverage industry. Based on their rapid transformation and changes in consumption habits, also due to the use of new technologies, more and more the industry needs to adapt itself by strengthening its innovation processes and acquiring potential investments to support product R&D and industrialisation demands. 

With this in mind, and to further develop these areas, this EIC ePitching with Investors initiative is a valuable opportunity for selected EIC beneficiaries to pitch their innovations in front of jury members from top-class European investors in the Agritech field focusing on those sectors.

How can you be selected? 

You’ll need to apply via the Dashboard and complete a company profile during the application process. Afterwards, your company profile will be shared with our investor jury, and they will make the selection based on their investment preferences.
