As part of the EIC Tech to Market Entrepreneurship Programme (EIC T2M), the European Innovation Council (EIC) invites EIC Pathfinder (former FET-Open & FET- Proactive) and EIC Transition beneficiaries to apply for the EIC Innovation Discovery Training. The virtual initiative takes place on 24th and 28th April during two half-days (mornings).

Are you interested in this opportunity?

Make sure to apply until 17th April 2023!

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM IT?

During two half-days, the EIC T2M Innovation Discovery Training aims to help researchers get a first idea of what it means to start a venture out of a scientific breakthrough. It will be based on a dual approach: an overview of important topics done by entrepreneurship experts combined with real life feedback from an entrepreneur, done in an interactive fashion.

This will help attendees understand all the important elements of a deep-tech pitch, and craft one for their project. This pitch will then be discussed in a collective coaching session, allowing attendees to get feedback from experts and other attendees.

The subjects covered will comprise business models, identifying customers, market sizing, Intellectual Property and funding. This will be followed by a talk from a seasoned entrepreneur, Mrs Ninna Granucci, co-founder of Green Spot Technologies, an EIC Accelerator laureate and EU women entrepreneur of the year.

WHO CAN APPLY?

The application for this initiative is open only to EIC Pathfinder (ex. FET-Open and FET-Proactive) and Transition beneficiaries. Several representatives of consortium/projects can apply separately. Please note that projects from all domains and sectors are welcome to apply.

The availability is limited, and participation will be reviewed based on application time (first come first served basis selection).
