Every month the European Innovation Council organises an ‘EIC ePitching with Investors’ around a dedicated topic. This time around, the EIC is pleased to invite all eligible startups and SMEs to participate in our next session dedicated to B2B SaaS on 15 December 2022. The selected EIC-backed beneficiaries will be able to present their innovative solutions during an online event to a jury of top-class European investors. To date, the following investors have confirmed their jury participation: Balderton Capital, Bullnet Capital, Contrarian Ventures, Diffusion Capital Partners, Earlybird Venture Capital, Iris Capital, Matterwave Ventures, NGP Capital, Octopus Ventures, Robert-Bosch Venture Capital, UVC Partners, and many more to be confirmed soon.

B2B SaaS stands for business-to-business Software-as-a-Service. B2B’s main focus typically entails selling goods and services from one company to another. SaaS encompasses a cloud model in which the vendor takes over the tasks of deploying and maintaining applications – such can include cloud hosting of servers, operating system installation, virtualisation, backup tools and applications. The most common areas of the B2B SaaS development model include e-commerce, computer design, or business intelligence.
With this in mind, and to further develop these sectors, this EIC ePitching with Investors initiative is a valuable opportunity for selected EIC beneficiaries to pitch their innovations in front of jury members from top-class European investors in the B2B SaaS fields focusing on those sectors.

How can you be selected?
You’ll need to apply via the Dashboard and complete a company profile during the application process. Afterwards, your company profile will be shared with our investor jury, and they will make the selection based on their investment preferences.
