Partner Call – Join the 1st Pan-European Hospital & Healthcare Procurement Summit: Where public and private hospital buyers will meet innovative Startups and SMEs

The European Innovation Council (EIC), together with Health Proc Europe and EHPPA, is offering EIC beneficiaries the chance to join the 1st Pan-European Healthcare Procurement Summit on 20 & 21 September 2022, in Brussels (Belgium).

If you're an SME working on innovative products or services in the field of healthcare (offering medical devices and technologies) and data management, IT, or AI-related to sustainability in the procurement processes in that same scope with mature market solutions, then this two-day event will offer an unparalleled opportunity to network with your European colleagues. Register, get along, and gain perspective on new developments and share knowledge, expertise, and best practices. 

Exclusive for EIC beneficiaries

Startup tickets are available at a price of EUR 500 (per person). Although the Pan-European Hospital & Healthcare Procurement Summit is open to all, EIC beneficiaries will get the exclusive opportunity to showcase their company in a dedicated exhibition space (either on day one or day two of the event). In addition, they will get the support of an EIC coach to prepare them for the Summit.

On a first-come, first-serve basis, only EIC-funded companies that have solutions within the scope of this initiative and are TRL 8 to 9 solutions will be approved to participate in this initiative. Once your application is submitted, the EIC will confirm the selection and you will be able to purchase the ticket.

 

The programme

These two days will be packed with events and activities which are centred around three pillars of healthcare procurement: Transparency, Digitalization and Sustainability. 

  • You’ll hear from prestigious keynote speakers.
  • TheB2B exhibition area is the ideal platform for professional yet natural networking. Solution providers from the industry and startups lead solution-oriented procurers in using new, innovative solutions better and more profitably.
  • Regional focus sessions covering the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria Switzerland), the Nordics, UK & Ireland, France, BeNeLux, Iberia and Italy.
  • You can expect engaging roundtable discussions with speakers from European’s most inspiring health and procurement organisations, speed dating, hands-on workshop sessions with your procurement peers and a B2B exhibition area.
  • The opportunity to grow your network with like-minded professionals. There will also be ample opportunities to network with like-minded professionals at our cocktail event.

Plenary sessions will be available in English, French, German and Spanish.
 

What challenges should you prepare for?

In cooperation with the EIC, Health Proc Europe and EHPPA are looking for SMEs and startups that are willing to present their innovative solutions to procurers in healthcare (offering medical devices and technologies) and data management, IT, or AI-related in the following topics of interest:

  1. Security of supply 
  2. Platform for control of compliance (topics during the execution of tenders)
  3. Innovation and sustainability in procurement procedures

 

EIC Business Acceleration Services

The Business Acceleration Services participants are expected to fill out a brief satisfaction survey shortly after the event, and a business impact survey after six months. Failure to do so may lead to exclusion from future Business Acceleration Services.
