On 2-3 September 2020 procurement experts, suppliers, researchers and key opinion leaders from all over Europe will meet online to share their experiences and best practices of using procurement as an effective tool for transition towards the circular economy. The purpose of the Baltic Circular Procurement Congress  is to raise awareness of circular concepts, procurement in particular, highlight good practices, share experiences and pave the road ahead for circular procurement to enter the mainstream.

One important part of the Congress is showcasing the work of companies leading the way in the circular economy, which we are delighted to announce EIC-companies can do, for free, in one of our digital Expo Booths. The organisers of the Congress are pleased to invite EIC companies to join the Congress, and showcase their innovative goods and services to public sector buyers and other interested stakeholders.

To apply for a booth, please contact m.rosinska@innowo.org with a short description of your circular economy solution by 7 August 2020 (please note that this is an external event. For further questions please contact m.rosinska@innowo.org)

What is a digital Expo Booth?

Imagine you are at a face to face conference. In the main reception will be a number of exhibition stalls run by companies, partners and organisations. They will have displays, interactive presentations on screens, literature to attract customers and staff from the company/partner to talk to participants and make business connections. The digital Expo Booth allows you to do all this and more.

You can brand your Expo Booth and make any promotional information available to view. You can have prerecorded video and/or a live video link for staff to talk to those attending the Congress. You can have links to your website, social media accounts and relevant reports, videos and articles.

When can people visit the Expo Booths?

The Expo Booths will be open all through the two days of the Congress for anyone to visit at any point. There will be dedicated times on both days (timing to be confirmed) when we will programme for people to visit the booths. This would be the best time to have a live camera where your staff can meet visitors, answer their questions and make connections.

How many people can join my Expo Booth?

Any number of people can join your booth at any time. If you choose to have a live camera to a staff member they will be able to see and chat to up to 10 people at a time. You can collect contact info on the people who come to visit your Expo Booth to keep in touch with them afterwards.

How do I create an Expo Booth?

We do it for you and will support you throughout the event.  If you are chosen to have an Expo Booth, the organiser will contact you and request basic information about your company/organisation, the information you want to showcase and whether you want a live video feed to staff members.  We will give you all the technical guidance for logo sizes, branding details etc to make things simple for you. It’s all very straightforward.
