During the past months, organisations had to adapt to the new reality imposed by the COVID-19 outbreak. Small and Medium Enterprises are also facing a learning curve, constantly adapting their businesses to the post-pandemic ways of working. The European Innovation Council is aware of the hurdles the EIC-entrepreneurs are facing and created a crisis coaching team to help beneficiaries to adjust their projects and strengthen their companies in future disruptions.
The European Innovation Council is offering coaching sessions to help beneficiaries run their businesses during this period of uncertainty and crisis and is promoting a special support to the EIC-funded SMEs.
How does it work?
The companies will have the chance to receive up to 8 hours of targeted coaching support in addition to the usual coaching scheme to help them reduce the impact of the crisis on their activities, become more resilient and seize opportunities in the new context.
